Mussoorie is a hill station in Uttarakhand, India which is a very common getaway for people living in North India. One can visit there throughout the year whether it's summer or winter. Amidst Covid-19 pandamic, it was a very needed getaway for me and my husband in the green and hilly regions of Uttarakhand.  So, the first thing that made it special was, travelling during the pandemic while taking all the precautions and sanitary measures. We wore masks throughout the trip, sanitized our hands regularly and maintained social distancing everywhere. To travel to Uttarakhand, we had to register ourselves on the government portal (www.smartcitydehradun.uk.gov.in).  The second thing that made it special was- We traveled to Mussoorie through self drive and there was just two of us on a road trip miles away from Delhi. It was the first time we tripped to such a long journey on a self drive which made it even more interesting. We drove on those beautiful roads, enjoying the music of love
