Two Personalities- You choose!

In this world of more than 7 billion people, there are large number of personalities carrying different traits and characteristics. Everyone is different from one another in some or the other way. Even though we belong to a society or to a community, we are different from each other in the terms of thoughts and our approach towards life. We are different in the ways how we handle various situations and tasks.

In this blog, I will be discussing about an egotistic personality and why one should not be like them.

An egotistic personalitiy thinks that their way of doing things is the only correct way for leading an ideal life. One more trait associated such people is that they observe a lot, A LOT. It can stretch to Spying as well (in some cases) and then analyzing and judging and drawing conclusions. This majorly happens in our Indian society in some women. They love Sneaking/Observing, comparing, taking credits, blabbering about themselves, and commenting on almost everything you do without knowing that they are being such arrogant and judgmental.

They try to pick up arguments and fights with you on this basis of their misinterpretations. As they confine their activities to being superior, they try to control your actions and IF you do not obey them ( where you don't know that they were expecting something from you), they will get frustrated and temperamental. They are always complaining about everything. No matter how hard you try, you will never be up to mark in their eyes! So, don't waste your time proving yourself to them or justifying your actions because an egotist would never understand that your personality is different and you are not like them.

Being an egotist is doing no good to the society. It will only spread negativity around you and people will avoid you. One should learn to accept others as they are and stop complaining about everything. Don't run after recognition or being number one, this is going to reduce respect for you in the eyes of others.

  1. Egotism is a terror. We have plenty of it today.

    1. True! And those people who have to deal with an egotist suffer a lot because of them mentally and emotionally.
